Are you going to visit us? We are happy to welcome you - just make sure to arrange your visit ahead of time.

The campus is not freely accessible for safety and security reasons. Are you a visitor or contractor? Then make sure you’ve been registered in advance by your contact person and bring a valid ID with you. This way, you’ll be able to enter the campus quickly and smoothly, without delays at the gate.

If you're planning a visit to USPB, your contact person must register you in advance.

Before Your Visit

Your contact person will:

  • Register you as a visitor
  • Inform you about ID requirements
  • Reserve a parking spot (if needed) and explain the parking policy

On Arrival

  • Check in at the main entrance reception: Antonie van Leeuwenhoeklaan 9
  • Provide your contact person's name
  • Show your ID to receive a visitor pass, site map, and house rules (available in Dutch or English)
  • The reception will notify your contact person and coordinate whether you’ll be picked up or proceed to your appointment independently

Getting Here

By Public Transport

We recommend using 9292 or the NS Travel Planner. From Bilthoven Station, it’s a 10-minute bike ride (Campusbikes and other shared bikes available) or a short bus ride to USPB.

By Car

Use Antonie van Leeuwenhoeklaan 11 or 13 for navigation (not number 9).
Access is only possible from the east side (Soestdijkseweg).

Parking

Visitor parking is available at P4, opposite the main entrance.
Use the intercom at the gate—if registered, security will open it for you.
Due to limited spaces, public transport is preferred.

Contractors

If you're coming to perform work, your contact person will inform you of the required regulations, including viewing the USPB safety film.
