The new building Impetus will be realized in the heart of the Science park and offer various tenants a lettable floor area of 14.000 m2. It will be a highly sustainable building that allows for almost any layout desired by the tenants with the transparent and flexible design.
Impetus will offer space for laboratories, offices, and small-scale production facilities. Approximately 70% of the total floor space is allocated to laboratories and 30% to office spaces.
The building is expected to be completed in 2025.
With the development of a new building Utrecht Science Park Bilthoven (USPB) gets the next impulse for the redevelopment of the park.
